The School Day

At Harwood Hill JMI and Nursery School we want the whole school community - governors, staff, parents and pupils to be committed to high standards of attendance and punctuality. Good attendance is crucial for children to learn and achieve their potential. 

 

The School Day. 

 

08:30 am  School gates open

08:30 am  Key Stage 2 pupils enter classrooms 

08:40 am  Key Stage 1 and Early Years pupils collected from school playground 

08:45 am  Registration all children in class ready to learn 

 

Children arriving after 09:00 am will need to report to the school office and will be recorded as late

 

11:40 am  Nursery age children leave the school 

 3:15 pm   Home time
